Community Manager

responsible for managing the daily operations of client community associations and working in conjunction with the Board of Directors to advance the objectives of the Board and the Community and ensure compliance with the governing documents of the association.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations of Association
  • Supervise Assistance Community Managers
  • Assist with vendor selections, obtaining bids, ensuring vendor work has been completed in accordance with work orders
  • Review vendor invoices
  • Communicate and advise Board of Directors on all necessary association matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable community rules and restrictions
  • Address community concerns
  • Prepare annual budget draft and work collaboratively with Board to finalize budget for approval
  • Present monthly financials to the Board of Directors
  • Meet with homeowners as necessary
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to promote welfare of community

Skills/Experience

  • 2 years previous HOA Community Management experience
  • Enjoy working with people and being part of a community
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude
